Race Day Schedule and Information

Timings*

  • Race Day - Friday 13th September 2024
  • Practice sessions – 12.00pm - 1.45pm
  • Registration closes at 2.00pm
  • Safety briefing is at 2.15pm
  • Racing starts after the safety briefing
  • After Race party @Boathouse Pub from 6.30pm with prizegiving
  • Refreshments available 12.00pm - 6.00pm
  • Hot food available from 1.30pm - 3.00pm

Important Information

There will be no parking available at the Pengwern Boat Club
However, please let us know if you require a disabled access pass. A map with suggested local pay and display parking can be downloaded below.

Registration and Disclaimer Forms
On arrival at the boat club please report to the registration desk. It is the team captain’s responsibility to ensure that the whole team has read the rules on the website and to make sure all the team members have individually signed the team disclaimer.
PLEASE NOTE, TEAMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE WATER WITHOUT ALL OF THE DISCLAIMER FORMS INDIVIDUALLY SIGNED. (AVAILABLE ON THE DAY)

Practice Sessions
Practice sessions for all teams will be available between 12.00pm - 1.45 pm on Race Day, the 13th September. Team captains must ensure all team members are registered and have signed a disclaimer before entering the water.

You are advised to arrive early for the practice sessions.
